Do I need to work with hundreds of influencers to see results?

It depends on your goals, but we tend to focus on quality over volume, typically managing 25–100 intentional creator partnerships per year for your brand. This allows us to build stronger relationships, maintain content quality, and scale what’s working without overwhelming your team or budget.


How much do you pay influencers and how do you decide what’s fair?

Influencer compensation depends on several factors, including:

  • The creator’s audience size and engagement

  • The type and number of deliverables requested (videos cost more than static images)

  • Content usage rights (some influencers charge extra for paid ad usage)

  • Product value or gifting involved

  • Travel, exclusivity, or campaign timelines

We manage influencer negotiations on your behalf, ensuring fair market rates while protecting your budget and brand. Our goal is to structure the agreement so there’s value for both sides. As an estimate, nano-influencers often charge between $40 to $150 per post, micro-influencers charge between from $80 to $350, and mid-tier influencer rates are around $350-$750+. How do you measure influencer marketing and when can I expect results?

Before starting an influencer marketing campaign, we define what success looks like based on your goals and how to measure it. This may include metrics like: reach and engagement, website traffic, affiliate or referral sales, lead generation, content generated, and more.

Most brands begin seeing meaningful traction within the first few months, with stronger results over time as the program is refined. We always optimize the campaigns and messaging based on feedback from the creators we’re working with.

That’s why we require a 6-month minimum commitment to develop the program and generate momentum.

  • Additional considerations:

    • Paid creator/influencer budgets are recommended and managed separately from management fees

    • Affiliate commissions are optional, but encouraged for brands focused on performance tracking
